Company Culture
We pride ourselves on having a collaborative culture. Department meetings and common break times enable both discipline-specific and interdisciplinary collaboration. Birthday treats, potlucks, and themed weeks promote teamwork and morale. Outside of work, our team enjoys all Colorado has to offer with hiking, skiing, and camping trips, as well as book clubs and other interest groups. CSTC pays it forward through volunteer and fundraising activities benefiting the Brain Injury Alliance of Colorado, Colorado Springs Down Syndrome Association, Autism Vision of Colorado, and Challenger Baseball, to name a few.
Outpatient Clinic Positions
Colorado Springs Therapy Center has three rapidly expanding outpatient clinics that offer speech, occupational, and physical therapy services to children and adults in caring environments centered on patients and families. At CSTC, we offer innovative services in a variety of settings including aquatic speech therapy and community outings. We believe in supporting our therapists’ passions and prioritize creating unique therapeutic programs based on therapists’ special interests and certifications. Within our company structure there are many opportunities for growth and leadership development.

School Contract Positions
CSTC is now hiring therapists to contract with nearby school districts. We provide a much-needed service to our community and offer both 1099 and W-2 pay structures.

Graduate Student Opportunities
